回想起去年的端午节，真是令人难忘。

一大早，妈妈就带我到菜市场去选购粽子的材料，猪肉、糯米、粽叶、香肠、咸蛋黄……回到家，妈妈先把粽叶洗干净，用开水泡一下，我问妈妈：“为什么要用开水泡一下。”妈妈说：“泡了以后，粽叶就软了，包的时候不会坏掉。”接着，妈妈把米洗干净，倒在面盆内，放一点盐，又到一点酱油，然后把拌拌均匀。

一切准备好了。我看妈妈包粽子时，真的也好想学一学，可是妈妈说我还太小，拿不住粽子，唉！我只好在旁边看妈妈包粽子。只见妈妈取出三张粽叶，把它连起来，就变成一张大粽叶了，再把它卷成一个喇叭，一头尖尖的，米放进去不会漏出来，另一头是一个大口，然后放一点米，一块香肠，再放一点米放一个蛋黄，再放点米，然后用粽叶卷一下，把大口封住留一个小口，再放一块肉，放一点米用大拇指把米塞紧，另外再加一张粽叶八口封住。最后用绳子把它扎紧，一只粽子就包好了。妈妈说：“这是小脚粽子。”我拿在手里看。嘿！还真像一只小脚。
